French Line Officers

Not the best faces in the Adler range in my opinion, but nice and easy to paint at least. I have twenty odd of these done now.
The Adler command strips contain figures based at different angles which makes it a bit awkward to get into a rhythm of painting them. So I cut them apart and base each type of figure individually so I can work along them as a line.

I would be interested in knowing the make up of the command strips, if you wouldn't mind.
    Good looking painting

  2. The command strips are 5 characters. One officer, one drummer, one porte-aigle and two escorts with halberds.

I've found that one of the escorts has their halberd broken on over half the strips just so you know.

Light infantry command strips are the same, except that the drummer is a cornet.

    Hope that helps

  3. Actually, I'm wrong now I've had a look. The light infantry strips are four figures and are officer, porte-aigle, cornet and drummer.
